Four is Madinet Masr’s first coastal project, following a portfolio that includes Taj City and Sarai in New Cairo. It is also the first project launched under AMAR by Madinet Masr, a new platform that allows Madinet Masr to expand through partnerships rather than developing every project alone — pairing specialized partners for development, sales, and governance on each opportunity.
