Dominar Real Estate Development Company was established in 1973 by Eng. Fawzi Khattab and Eng. Sherif Khattab, and is one of the most prestigious real estate companies in Egypt. We have implemented more than 200 projects in Egypt, the Arab world and the Gulf, including giant residential, investment and government projects.
We cooperated with the state in the implementation of national projects such as Tora Prison, police buildings, and Maryland buildings. We have implemented huge projects on more than 76 plots of land in the south of the academy, Narges Villas, West Golf, the diplomatic area, and 15 residential buildings in the Fifth Settlement, Helwan, and Maadi.
